MY ACCOUNT

Your account allows us to have the information necessary to process your orders.

POINT 1. REGISTRATION

Registering to create an account is very simple.

1.1. Go to the page and click on the “profile icon”.

1.2. Click on “create account” and fill in your personal details in the form.

1.3. You will then receive an email to activate your account. You will need to click on the “activate your account” button.

1.4. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email confirming your customer account.

You can now make your purchases in our store as a registered customer.

You will always have all the information about your order at your disposal by logging into your account.

POINT 2. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you already have an account created and just want to start logging in, click on the “profile icon” and enter the data you defined for your login.

Your account allows you to track your orders and modify your personal information.

POINT 3. FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “profile icon” and then click on “forgot your password?”. If you enter your email address and click on “submit”, you will receive instructions by email to reset your password.

POINT 4. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

If you wish to delete your customer account, simply send us an email to: support@acexarme.com .

POINT 5. NEWSLETTER

The user can subscribe to the “Acexarme” Newsletter on our homepage. To do so, simply enter your email address and click “subscribe”.

Through our Newsletter you will receive updates on new products and models, promotions or discount codes and other news about our store.

If you wish, you can unsubscribe at any time by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any newsletter sent by us.
