MY ACCOUNT

Your account allows us to have the necessary information to process your orders.

1. REGISTRATION

Registering to create an account is very simple.

1.1. Access the page and click on the “profile icon”.

1.2. Click on “create account” and fill in your personal data in the form.

1.3. You will then receive an email to activate your account. You will have to click on the “activate your account” button.

1.4. Once the process is completed, you will receive an email confirming your customer account.

Now you can do your shopping in our store as a registered customer.

You will always have at your disposal all the information about your order by logging into your account.

2. SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you already have an account created and just want to start the session, click on the “profile icon” and enter the data defined by you for your login.

Your account allows you to track your orders and modify your personal information.

3. FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

If you forgot your password, click on the “profile icon” and then click on “forgot your password?”. If you enter your e-mail and click on “send”, you will receive instructions by e-mail to reset your password.

4. HOW TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

If you want to delete your customer account, just send us an email to: suporte@acexarme.com .

5. NEWSLETTER

The user can subscribe to the “Aexarme” Newsletter on our home page. To do so, simply enter your e-mail and click on “subscribe”.

Through our Newsletter you will receive updates on new products and models, promotions or discount codes and other news about our store.

If you wish, you can unsubscribe at any time by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any newsletter sent by us.
