POINT 1. WHAT IS A DISCOUNT CODE

It is a code that offers you a percentage discount on the final value of your purchase.

This discount percentage is not valid on shipping costs.

Each discount code can only be used once.

POINT 2. HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

2.1. Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to the “shopping basket”, proceed to complete the purchase.

2.2. At checkout, you will have a field where you must enter your discount code.

Important: the discount code must be written exactly as it is, both upper and lower case letters, as well as spaces must be respected.

You cannot use a discount code in other special discount campaigns.

POINT 3. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes only apply to purchases of products in our online store.

POINT 4. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PROMOTIONAL CODES 

4.1. When used in accordance with the established rules, a promotional code entitles the user to benefit from a promotion/discount on the purchase of a specific product or set of products, during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign.

4.2. Promotional codes can be used for online purchases made on the website. The sale, exchange or donation of a promotional code is not permitted. The use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not permitted.

4.3. The promotional code is connected to Acexarme. The use of the promotional code in connection with another brand, company or name is not permitted. The use of the promotional code in an illegal, abusive or disrespectful manner, as well as in any other way that may harm the reputation of Acexarme, is also not permitted.

4.4. The use of the promotional code is subject to one use per product and/or per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers in force. 

4.5. Promotional codes are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.

4.6. Acexarme has no obligation to reissue or refund promotional codes.

4.7. Without prejudice to any other rights, Acexarme may have/has the right to immediately invalidate the promotional code if it has reason to suspect that a promotional code is being used: in violation of the aforementioned assumptions, by usurpation or in other cases.
