How to buy
HOW TO BUY
You can shop in our store as a registered customer or as a guest (without registering).
POINT 1. BUY AS A REGISTERED CUSTOMER
Registering to create an account is very simple.
1.1. Go to the page and click on the “profile icon”.
1.2. Click on “create account” and fill in your personal details in the form.
1.3. You will then receive an email to activate your account. You will need to click on the “activate your account” button.
1.4. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email confirming your customer account.
You can now make your purchases in our store as a registered customer.
You will always have all the information about your order at your disposal by logging into your account.
POINT 2. HOW TO BUY?
2.1. Browse through our store menus and select the desired area (Technology, IT, Makeup, Fashion, Beauty, etc.).
2.2. View your favorite products by browsing the menus and pages of our store. You can click on the product photo to see its details in greater detail, with information on the price, features and composition of the product.
2.3. Choose the color, size and quantity you want and click on the “add to cart” button. You can then click on “continue shopping” or “view cart” to complete the purchase.
2.4. Fill in your personal details on the form (be careful when filling in your address and email address). If you wish to request an invoice with a tax number, please indicate your NIF.
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the field provided and click “apply”.
We will not be responsible for errors in sending emails or errors in sending orders due to incorrectly completed forms.
2.5. Click on the “continue to shipping” button and the shipping cost will appear, which is automatic depending on the weight of the product.
2.6. Click the “proceed to payment” button and select your preferred payment method and billing address.
If you want a billing address that is different from the shipping address, you will need to click on “use a different billing address” and fill in the new details.
2.7. Click on the “review order” button and confirm all order details: delivery address, shipping method and payment method.
2.8. Click on the “place my order” button.
Once you have completed the purchase process, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If the requested payment is not confirmed, we reserve the right not to accept your order, even after confirmation.
POINT 3. HOW TO CHECK THE CART?
To check your order, click on the “basket” icon at the top of the page and you will be able to view the contents of your purchase, modify or delete the number of units in your order.
Please note that the products in the “cart” are not reserved.
POINT 4. HOW TO DELETE AN ITEM FROM THE SHOPPING CART?
Below the item description in the shopping cart, there is the underlined word “delete”. Simply click on the word to remove the item from the cart. You also have the option to change the quantity of each item to be purchased.
POINT 5. RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT THE ORDER OR CANCEL THE PURCHASE
“Acexarme” reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us), exempt from liability for any damages or costs in the following situations:
- The product is no longer available / in stock (payments will be refunded).
Our products are sold within the limits of available stock. Acexarme will not be held responsible for changes in stock that are beyond its control:
- The billing information is not correct or verifiable.
- The transfer for payment of the order is not received by us within a period of 5 days after acceptance of the order.
- If we think you are under 16.
- If delivery to the address provided is not possible.
