PAYMENT METHODS
All payments must be made within a maximum of 2 days after placing the order. After this period, if you do not make the payment, your order will be cancelled.
“Acexarme” remains the owner of the products until they are paid for by the customer.
Products will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
Our payment methods are secure. The payment system guarantees the confidentiality and authenticity of the holder and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
All payment and credit card information is always encrypted during data transfer over networks.
Although we use encryption software, any payment transmitted over the internet runs some risks, particularly when the user does not take the necessary precautions and does not assume the appropriate responsibility.
POINT 1. CURRENCY
The sales prices of our products indicated on the website are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. The invoice for your order is sent by email ( electronic mail ).
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
POINT 2. PAYMENT METHODS
We offer the following payment methods:
Portugal - Multibanco / PayPal / MB Way / Visa / Mastercard / Amex
Spain and France - PayPal / Visa / Mastercard / Amex
Rest of European Countries - PayPal / Visa / Mastercard / Amex
2.1. ATM
When finalizing your order, select “Multibanco” and a Multibanco reference will be automatically generated. The payment details will appear immediately on your screen. You will also receive the payment reference in the order confirmation email.
You can make the payment at any ATM or through your home banking.
To make a payment at an ATM, you must select the “payment for services/purchases” option and enter the entity, reference and corresponding amount.
As soon as payment for the purchased product is received, we will proceed to ship it. “Acexarme” will send you an email informing you that your order is on its way. This email will also include the tracking number to track your order via CTT.
2.2. PAYPAL
When finalizing your order, choose “Paypal” and you will be directed to the PayPal page, where you must authenticate yourself and validate the payment.
You will then return to our page to make the purchase.
2.3. MB WAY
When finalizing your order, choose “MB WAY” and the payment details will be automatically generated. The payment details will appear immediately on your screen. You will also receive a notification from MB WAY to make the payment.
You must make the payment within a short period of 4 to 5 minutes, otherwise the payment may become unavailable and the customer will have to place a new order.
Once payment for the purchased product has been received, we will proceed to ship it. “Acexarme” will send you an email to inform you that your order is on its way. This email will also include the tracking number to track your order.
2.4. VISA / MASTERCARD
Visa / Mastercard payments are protected with the new 3D Secure™ security system.
When finalizing your order, choose “VISA / MASTERCARD” and you will be redirected to our partner’s page where you must make the payment. You will then return to our page.
POINT 3. SECURITY
For Acexarme, the security of your online purchases is essential. Transaction data is processed with SSL encryption, to the entity.
For payments with credit and debit cards, you must enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.
For payments made with Visa and MasterCard, only SEC (Secure Electronic Trading) transactions will be accepted. After confirming that the card is part of the SEC system, a call is made to the issuing bank so that it can authorize the customer to make the purchase. Once the bank confirms authentication, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
POINT 4. CASH ON DELIVERY
We do not offer a cash on delivery or cash on delivery service.
POINT 5. INVOICE REQUEST
You just need to register and fill in all the billing details before finalizing your order, so that we can send you your invoice electronically by email.
If you would like a paper invoice, simply send us an email before we proceed with shipping your order to envios@acexarme.com requesting it.
Regardless of the type of order and payment method, the customer will only receive the invoice by email.
