ORDERS

1. ORDER DATA

When placing your order, please check that the address and details provided are complete and correct. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details you have provided us.

2. ORDER TRACKING

If you are a registered customer, you can track your order through “my account” in the “order history” section. 

If you are not registered, you can track your order via the email we sent you.

3. FOLLOW-UP EMAIL

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email and a tracking code to track their order through CTT or another carrier we use. Shipping information may take up to 24 hours to be updated on the CTT website, after receiving confirmation of shipment.

If you do not receive the email in your mailbox, please check your email spam folder as it may have been lost .

4. ORDER VERIFICATION

Upon delivery of the order, the customer must inspect the packaging to check for any damage. If the packaging is damaged, the customer must not accept the order and must return it immediately through the “returns” process provided for in our Returns Policy, click here .

“Acexarme” is responsible for return and reshipment costs if the order has been damaged during transport.

5. I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If your order has been shipped and the maximum delivery period communicated has not yet ended, please wait until the end of the established period.

If your order has been shipped and the maximum delivery time communicated has passed, please contact our customer service at the email address envios@acexarme.com . 

6. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

To change or cancel an order, you must send us an email to: envios@acexarme.com or contact us via the telephone support line: +351 939483714 (Call for National Mobile Network - Portugal), referring to your order number.

Cancellation or changes to the order will only be accepted if it has not been shipped by CTT or another carrier.

If you realize that you have entered a wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible to: envios@acexarme.com .

If the customer refuses delivery of the order, he/she will lose any right to a refund.
