ORDERS

POINT 1. ORDER DATA

When placing your order, please check that the address and details provided are complete and correct. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details you have provided us.

POINT 2. ORDER TRACKING

If you are a registered customer, you can track your order through “my account” in the “order history” section. 

If you are not registered, you can track your order via the email we sent you.

POINT 3. FOLLOW-UP EMAIL

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email and a tracking code to track their order through the carrier we use or have selected for shipping. Shipping information may take up to 24 hours to be updated on the carrier's website after receiving shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive the email in your mailbox, please check your email spam folder as it may have been lost .

POINT 4. ORDER VERIFICATION

Upon delivery of the order, the customer must inspect the packaging for any damage. If the packaging is damaged, the customer must not accept the order and must return it immediately through the “returns” process provided for in our Returns Policy, click here .

“Acexarme” is responsible for return and reshipment costs if the order has been damaged during transport.

POINT 5. I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If your order has been shipped and the maximum delivery period communicated has not yet ended, please wait until the end of the established period, otherwise please contact our customer service by email envios@acexarme.com . 

POINT 6. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

To change or cancel an order, you will need to send us an email to:

envios@acexarme.com or contact us via the telephone support line: +351 93 9483714 (Call for National Mobile Network), referring to your order number.

Cancellation or changes to the order will only be accepted if it has not yet been shipped.

If the customer refuses delivery of the order, he/she will lose any right to a refund.
