ORDERS

1. ORDER DATA

When placing your order, check that the address and your data provided are complete and correct. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing data you have provided.

2. ORDER TRACKING

If you are a registered customer, you can track your order through "my account" in the "order history" section. 

If you are not registered, you can track your order using the email we send you.

3. FOLLOW-UP EMAIL

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email and a tracking code to track their order through CTT or another carrier we use. Shipping information may take up to 24 hours to be updated on the CTT website, after receipt of shipment confirmation.

If you do not receive the email in your mailbox, please check your email spam folder, as it may have been lost .

4. ORDER VERIFICATION

Upon delivery of the order, the customer must inspect the packaging to check for any damage. If the packaging is damaged, the customer must not accept the order and must return it immediately through the “returns” process provided for in our Returns Policy, click here .

“Acexarme” is responsible for the return and reshipment costs if the order is damaged during transport.

5. I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If your order has been shipped and the maximum delivery period communicated has not yet ended, please wait until the end of the established period.

If your order has been shipped and the maximum delivery period communicated has ended, please contact our customer service to the email envios@acexarme.com . 

6. CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

To change or cancel an order, you will have to send us an email to: envios@acexarme.com or contact us through the telephone support line: +351 224950165 ( Call to the National Fixed Network ), referring to the number of your order .

The cancellation or alteration of the order will only be accepted if it has not been shipped by CTT or another carrier.

If you realize you have entered a wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible to: envios@acexarme.com .

If the customer refuses to deliver the order, he will lose any right to a refund.
